Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We cut the meat into pieces convenient for us, and put it in a bowl of any size.
Step 2:
Mix various seasonings to the meat, namely: salt, pepper, cumin seeds, soy sauce. You can diversify it with a little vegetable oil.
Step 3:
Add wine. The ingredients of the marinade may have different proportions if the cook does not like the ingredients specified in the recipe. Be that as it may, marinating will take a standard two hours of time.
Step 4:
Pickled pieces of shish kebab are strung on wooden skewers, on average, half a dozen pieces. Smaller or larger, depends on their size. We put the blanks for the barbecue on a wide plate, without bends. The meat on the skewers should not touch each other, be sure to leave gaps.
Step 5:
So it came to the most important thing. We put a plate with a barbecue in the microwave, set the maximum available temperature and wait up to five minutes, then turn it over, and wait again for five minutes. Keep an eye on the condition of pork, maybe it will take you much less time (or do you like not too fried meat?).
Step 6:
The kebab is ready
Step 7:
Bon appetit!
Step 8:
Very tasty!
