Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare the gravy, prepare all the necessary ingredients. If you take frozen chicken fillet, then it must be thawed beforehand.
Step 2:
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, approximately the same size.
Step 3:
Heat the frying pan to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Put the chopped chicken fillet on a hot frying pan and fry it for a few minutes on high heat until golden brown.
Step 4:
While the meat is frying, peel the onions and carrots, rinse them with water. Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 5:
Add chopped vegetables to the pan to the meat. Fry everything together for 3-5 minutes.
Step 6:
Then add a little water to the pan, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add a little salt and spices to taste.
Step 7:
At the end of quenching, dilute a little water with flour and sour cream in a separate glass. Mix everything so that there are no lumps of flour left.
Step 8:
Pour the entire contents of the glass into the pan. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat. The chicken fillet gravy is ready! Serve it with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
You can cook a huge variety of dishes from chicken fillet. And meat gravy is one of them.
Such gravy can be prepared on the basis of cream, sour cream or tomato paste. As a result, a new dish, a new taste will be obtained every time. The shades of taste can be varied by using different types of spices.
I really like to add dried basil to meat dishes. In my opinion, it goes well with chicken meat.
You can cook mashed potatoes, boil rice or spaghetti for gravy on the side dish. Buckwheat porridge is also perfect. In any case, and in any combination, a delicious and hearty dinner will be provided for you. For dinner, add a salad of fresh vegetables.
