Step 1:
Let's take the products for cooking chicken hearts in sour cream with onions. Chicken hearts are a very tasty by-product. Step 2:

Cover again and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. The dish is ready. We serve chicken hearts to the table as an independent dish or with any side dish to taste and desire.
