We begin by taking chicken wings, defrosting them, if necessary, and making several small incisions in the thickest parts of the wings with a thin sharp knife.Make two incisions in the thick parts of the wings. In a separate small bowl (not plastic), combine the crushed garlic and all the seasonings mentioned above, mix them thoroughly. We put the wings in this mixture, stir it and leave it to soak overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, we take out the prepared wings and fry them in a frying pan in oil in a frying pan on both sides until a golden crust forms. After all the wings are ready, we put them on a dish and serve them to the table cold or hot.
