Add salt and pepper to the minced meat, add onion and garlic, crushed in a blender.
Add the egg and knead the minced meat well.
Beat the egg.
Cut the waffles into squares.
Put two tablespoons of minced meat on one square, cover with a second square.
Dip all sides of the cutlet in egg and fry in preheated vegetable oil.
The cutlets in the waffle are ready!
