To prepare a dish according to the proposed recipe, take the products listed in the list: be sure soy sauce, garlic, hot pepper fresh or dried (dried is much hotter than fresh), sweet pepper, carrots, onions (in Chinese cuisine, green onions are more often used, you can take a little different), noodles and chicken, greens.

Crush the garlic clove and finely chop.

Heat sunflower or olive oil in a frying pan, place chicken slices, add some soy sauce, ground black pepper and mix. Cook under the lid for a minute and a half.

Lay out noodles with chicken on deep plates or bowls, serve on the table.
Chinese noodles with chicken are a popular dish of Oriental cuisine, firmly embedded in our culinary culture. The products indicated in the recipe are not something mandatory - you can add or replace some vegetables, it is important to take the main components inherent in Chinese cuisine on the example of this dish: soy sauce, garlic, hot pepper. Ginger is often also absent in Chinese dishes, in this case it is not, but if you like it, then I think it is quite possible to add it. The dish is quite spicy, so adjust the addition of hot pepper according to your habits.
