Cooking method
1. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings. My zucchini, peel the carrots, cut the vegetables into thin strips, it is convenient to do this with a vegetable peeler or a vegetable grater in Korean. If the squash is not young, the skin should be cleaned. Bulgarian pepper is cleaned from seeds, washed and also cut into thin strips, but with a knife.
2. We put the prepared vegetables in a frying pan, pour sunflower oil, send it to the fire, fry for 7 minutes. Peel the garlic, pass it through a press, add it to the pan with vegetables.
3. Put the noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water, leave for 5 minutes, then throw them into a colander, let the water drain and send them to the vegetables. Pour soy sauce, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat, cover with a lid, let it brew for 10 minutes.
