You should get about the same straw with a green side. Put all the cucumbers in a deep salad bowl or a wide bowl, add salt and mix well. Leave for half an hour, stir occasionally.

    Cut the onion into quarters. Pepper in half, again in half and cut into strips 0.4 - 0.5 cm, slightly wider than the onion. The meat is also straws, but very thin. If the piece is large, first cut the matchbox cubes across the fibers, and then each piece along the fibers into thin slices.

    While the cucumbers are salted, fry the meat with onion and pepper. Heat the oil, toss the meat, reduce the heat to medium, stir fry until the liquid evaporates. Immediately toss the pepper, fry for a couple of minutes and remove from the stove or leave it on off. Do not salt the meat, it will then be soaked in soy sauce or add a little salt.

    At the end of roasting the meat, if half an hour has passed, drain the liquid from the cucumbers, which they will liberally secrete. Taste the cucumbers. The salt is different, if suddenly it turns out to be too salty for your taste, just rinse with water, it must be taken into account that soy sauce will be added, and it is salty. Finely chop a bunch of coriander and mix the greens with cucumbers.

    Add sugar, soy sauce and 1h.l of vinegar essence to the cucumbers, mix. Place sesame seeds, fried ground coriander, paprika, ground black and red hot pepper, pre-fried in a dry pan, on top of the slides. Squeeze garlic through the press with a pea. Do not mix the peas with spices.

    And pour hot oil from the frying pan on them, then put at least hot meat with vegetables and leave for a couple of minutes so that the spices warm up and give all their magnificent flavor. Only then mix thoroughly.

    Leave on the table for two hours for impregnation, do not forget to mix several times and can be served as an independent dish or with rice, potatoes, pasta, cereals. If you are not supposed to eat right away, then close it tightly and put it in the refrigerator. It will stand overnight, the chilled salad will be even tastier. A lot of dressing will accumulate at the bottom, it is very tasty, but you can serve it with or without it.
