Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the pancakes that we will need in the process.
Step 2:
Let's wash and sort the raisins. Put it to dry on a kitchen towel or napkin.
Step 3:
Let's start making the pancake dough. From the beginning, we will warm up the kefir. This is easier to do in a water bath.
Step 4:
In a bowl, beat the eggs.
Step 5:
Add yeast, salt and sugar to the slightly warm kefir.
Step 6:
Add kefir to the eggs.
Step 7:
Gradually introduce flour into the dough.
Step 8:
Add raisins. The dough for pancakes looks like thick sour cream.
Step 9:
Let's leave the dough for 40 minutes. It will become airy and increase in size.
Step 10:
Spread the dough on a preheated and greased with sunflower oil frying pan. For each pancake, I took 1 tablespoon of dough.
Step 11:
Bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown under the lid.
Step 12:
We serve pancakes warm with sour cream or jam.
