Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
First of all, prepare the filling. Open a jar of canned champignons and drain the liquid from them. Cut the champignons into small pieces and put them in a separate bowl.
Step 2:
Then grate the cheese on a medium grater. You can rub the cheese directly to the champignons.
Step 3:
Add some mayonnaise and dry spices. I used dried dill as spices. Mix everything well with a tablespoon.
Step 4:
Cut the pita bread into small squares. Put a little of the resulting mushroom filling on a piece of pita bread. Tuck the pita bread on the sides and roll it up.
Step 5:
In this way, wrap the whole filling in pieces of pita bread.
Step 6:
For the batter, combine the egg and sour cream. Add flour and mix. In order to bring the batter to the desired consistency, add a little water. Literally a tablespoon at a time. The batter should be about the same consistency as the dough for pancakes. Dip all the envelopes into the resulting batter.
Step 7:
Heat the frying pan to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Put the envelopes in the batter in the pan seam down. Fry them for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
Step 8:
Then flip with a knife and fry on the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 9:
Remove the finished envelopes on napkins to remove excess fat from them. Brew delicious and fragrant, fresh tea to such envelopes. Delicious, crispy envelopes are ready! Help yourself! Enjoy your meal!
Fillings for such a snack can be quite diverse. You can use sausage, ham, chicken, tomatoes and other ingredients. For flavor, you can add a little crushed garlic to the filling. Every time a new taste will be obtained.
A simple and quick recipe for a hearty snack. You can take them with you to nature or to work, or you can cook them as a snack for a meeting with friends.
Prepare them for your family. Very tasty and satisfying!
