Wash the young zucchini and cut them into 0.5 cm thick circles. Transfer to a bowl and add salt. Then roll in flour and fry on both sides in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Put it on a napkin so that the excess oil goes away.
Baguette or loaf cut into slices, tomatoes into circles. Separately mix the crushed garlic with mayonnaise.
Spread mayonnaise with garlic on each slice of bread, put zucchini on top, garlic with mayonnaise again and tomato on top, zucchini on top. Decorate sandwiches with zucchini and tomatoes with herbs (parsley is most suitable).
