I advise you to pay attention to a very original culinary recipe. Prosciutto stuffed with fresh mozzarella cheese and tomatoes is a food that will decorate your table and definitely surprise your guests. To prepare it, first of all, you will need prosciutto – this is a dried pork ham.
First of all, fry the pine nuts in a frying pan for 10 minutes. They should acquire a beautiful golden color and fragrant aroma.
Now let's cook tomatoes. To do this, put them in boiling salted water and boil lightly for half a minute. After that, we will fish the tomatoes out of the pan, peel them, cut them into 4 parts and remove the seeds. Let the juice drain from the tomatoes and put the finished pieces in a separate bowl.
In the future we will need to decorate our dish, for this we will put aside a tablespoon of nuts and the same amount of olives.
Next, we will make the filling for prosciutto. Add small pieces of cheese to the tomatoes in a bowl, the rest of the nuts, olives, basil, a dollop of oil and a good pepper and salt. Mix everything, and the filling turned out.
We put a prosciutto strip on the board, and the second one is criss-crossed on top. In the middle we put the filling and fold the edges of the ham to make a bag. To fix it, we will tie it from above with a green onion feather. We should have onion strips according to the number of slices of prosciutto. In Italy, such pouches are called fagottini.
Now you can serve our dish. Let's put the leaves of fresh lettuce on a plate, put the fagottini bags on them, decorate everything with the remaining olives and nuts, and on top you can sprinkle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
That's it, you need to serve it on the table. It can be said for sure that your household or guests have definitely never seen such a dish, unless they have been to Italy.
