In this recipe we will talk about beef liver. It is very good for your health. Nutritionists recommend replenishing their menu with beef liver, especially for athletes and the elderly, as well as children and pregnant women. Beef liver is rich in protein and vitamins, amino acids and trace elements. It contains vitamins C, A, E, K, D and B vitamins.
1. Beef liver is thoroughly washed under running water, we clean all the films.
2. We put the prepared liver in a bowl, fill it with cold water, leave it to soak for one hour.
3. After the specified time, we drain the water, dry the liver with paper towels.
4. Cut the offal into small oblong pieces.
5. Pour sunflower oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, select the "Frying" mode. After 5 minutes, when the oil warms up, we spread the liver.
6. Fry the liver stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Each piece should be properly browned.
7. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings. Spread to the already fried liver, mix.
8. Salt the dish, add sour cream. We change the mode to "Quenching" and set the cooking time to one hour. We close the lid.
9. Dill is washed, crushed with a sharp knife. 5 minutes before cooking, add dill to the liver.
After the beep, the dish is ready to serve. You can serve immediately or let it cool down a little. It's at your discretion.
