How to make stewed potatoes with champignons in a slow cooker? Mushrooms for cooking, choose according to your taste, in this recipe small garden mushrooms are used. This is the kind of champignons that does not need special cleaning, just brush off the soil particles and specks with a soft terry cloth. You can also gently rub the champignons with the hats against each other, thereby removing the specks. Then, using a sharp knife, refresh the cut on the leg, put the mushrooms in a bowl and put them under a stream of cold water, wash quickly and immediately drain the water. Put the clean mushrooms on a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Our champignons are mostly small, so cut only larger specimens, and leave the babies intact.

Peel the onion from the husk, cut into small cubes. Pour olive oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, select the "Frying" program, after two or three minutes, when the oil is sufficiently heated, put the prepared onions in it, fry for 3-4 minutes.

Peel the garlic, pass it through a press, put it to the onion. After the garlic, after a minute or two, lay out the mushrooms, cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. After the specified time, pour the white wine, simmer with the lid open until it completely evaporates.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into small pieces. Add the potatoes to the mushrooms after the wine has completely evaporated. Continue frying for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then pour coconut milk to the mushrooms and potatoes, add salt and pepper to taste, set the "Stewing" program, close the lid and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, during which time the potatoes will have time to fully cook.

The dish turned out to be so fragrant and tender that it is simply impossible to resist it! Serve immediately after cooking, garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Eat with pleasure, bon appetit!
