Cooking method
1. Boil the potatoes, drain the liquid. Let it dry a little.
2. Mash the potatoes in mashed potatoes.
3. Add salt, stir.
4. Break an egg into a puree, put 2 tablespoons of flour, mix everything well again. Leave the puree to cool down to a comfortable hand temperature.
5. Divide the puree into 8 parts (according to the number of sausages), form koloboks from them.
6. Mash each bun in the palms of your hands into a layer on which you put the peeled sausage. Close the sausage in the dough completely, carefully sealing all the holes and cracks.
7. Pour the remaining flour into a bowl. Roll the blanks in it.
8. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
9. Fry potato pies on both sides until an appetizing brown crust.
Serve hot! Have a nice dinner!
