Rinse pork horshenko under cool running water, cut into very small cubes. Put the meat or minced meat in a bowl of a slow cooker, add olive oil, spices and salt. Turn on the "Frying – fast cooking" mode for 10 minutes.
Fry the meat, stirring occasionally, and while it is frying, cook the pasta and prepare the onion. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, add salt to the water. When they are cooked, rinse them under a cold stream of water, leave them in a colander to drain all the water from there.
Peel the onion from the husk, cut each onion in half. Cut the onion into half rings, add to the fried pork when 10 minutes have passed since the beginning of frying. After adding the onion, run again for 10 minutes "Frying – quick cooking", fry, stirring constantly.
Put the pasta in a deep bowl, add eggs, sour cream and a little salt, mix well. Remove the meat from the slow cooker, and wash the bowl. Grease with vegetable oil and put half of the pasta, add a layer of meat with onion on top, and then the second half of the pasta, put on the "Baking" mode for 45 minutes. If you use minced meat instead of meat, it is enough to bake it for half an hour. Serve the finished casserole hot, you can cut it into pieces like a cake. Bon appetit!
