Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Wash the meat, dry it, cut it into small chops (approx. 0.8-1 cm), beat it off slightly (it is more convenient to beat it off by covering it with food wrap or a cellophane bag so that there are no splashes). If the pieces of meat turn out to be large, then cut them in half again, otherwise wrapping it in a fur coat, you will get very large pieces! Season the beaten meat with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Peel the onion, not finely, but not coarsely crumble. Finely chop the greens, peel the garlic.
Step 4:
Prepare a "fur coat" for chops: Peel potatoes, grate on a coarse grater, add onions, herbs and garlic squeezed through a garlic chopper. Mix well. Add eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well again.
Step 5:
Then add sour cream and mayonnaise - mix. Then add the flour, mix well again. Now you can start frying.
Step 6:
On a hot frying pan with a spoon, put a not thick tortilla of potato " fur coat ", the size is slightly larger than a piece of meat. Put 1 piece of meat on it and cover it with another layer of potato mass on top. Fry on low heat until golden brown, gently turning over!
Step 7:
Place the fried chops on a greased baking sheet or baking dish (depends on the number of chops you have). Pour cream.
Step 8:
Send to the oven heated to 200 gr. for 25-30 minutes.
Step 9:
Then you can serve it to the table.
Steppe pork is a very satisfying and juicy dish. And due to the successful combination of two ingredients - pork and potatoes - a side dish to this dish is not needed. However, a light vegetable salad or just fresh chopped vegetables will be very useful!
And personally, I usually cook rice porridge with vegetables for these chops, but pork in the steppe way remains the main dish, and rice porridge is just a small addition. And it turns out, xati, sooo delicious!
