Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Of course, in order to cook tortillas quickly, all products must be prepared in advance. Very often, grated cheese remains from various dishes or a small piece of sausage has been left in the refrigerator - here they will find their use! Here are all the necessary ingredients
Step 2:
Add soda to kefir
Step 3:
Salt and sugar
Step 4:
Grated Cheese
Step 5:
Flour. We mix everything! The dough turns out to be quite thick
Step 6:
Spread the dough with a spoon. I got 9 parts. And so that the dough does not stick, it is enough to moisten the spoon in water
Step 7:
Knead each part into a flat cake. In principle, you can already leave it like that, but with the filling it's even tastier! We collect the cake in a bag and fasten the edges - this is clearly visible on the video! Here is the first cake and ready! It took no more than 5 minutes! It remains only to fry them
Step 8:
As an option - suluguni filling, this is for cheese fans!
Step 9:
Did you make the first batch? You can start frying
Step 10:
And they fry very quickly...
Step 11:
Fry under the lid with the addition of vegetable oil until golden brown
Step 12:
And then turn over and fry on the other side
Step 13:
The first batch is ready! The hungriest can already come to the table!
Step 14:
Bon appetit!
Step 15:
And here's a cross-section photo!
Be sure to prepare these tortillas, because it's very easy to do from products that are always at hand!
