Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
In this recipe I will tell you how to fry a Viennese beef schnitzel. We prepare all the products we need according to the list.
Step 2:
Cut beef meat into 4 pieces, carefully beat it off with a wooden or iron kitchen hammer on both sides and salt to taste.
Step 3:
Whisk the eggs in a deep bowl with a whisk and add a little salt to them. Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil.
Step 4:
We prepare everything for batter and breading: beaten eggs, sifted flour and breadcrumbs. We pour flour and breadcrumbs into flat plates separately from each other.
Step 5:
Then we roll our schnitzels first in flour, then dip them in an egg, and then breaded in breadcrumbs and put them in a frying pan. Fry on both sides over medium heat until a golden crust appears. Fried schnitzel spread on a paper towel to absorb fat. Instead of vegetable oil, you can use butter and fry meat on it - the taste will be a little different, but no worse.
Step 6:
We spread the finished Viennese schnitzel on a warmed plate with lettuce leaves, sprinkle with lemon juice, decorate it with parsley sprigs and lemon slices. You can serve it to the table with or without a side dish. Enjoy juicy meat with an incredibly delicious crust! Enjoy your meal!
Viennese schnitzel is a thin layer of well-beaten beef meat in breaded eggs, flour and breadcrumbs. Fry the schnitzels in a large amount of butter or vegetable oil until ready and golden brown. Schnitzel, cooked in this way, will not leave you or your guests indifferent. I recommend serving him a glass of dry white wine. This dish is suitable for holidays and weekdays when the whole family gathers at one table. You can arrange the submission so that it is no worse than a restaurant. Olives, olives, lemon slices, lettuce leaves, tomatoes and fresh herbs will perfectly complement and decorate the dish.
