Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare a delicious dish of pasta and meat for 4 servings, we will need the following products according to the specified list: 300 g of pasta, 250 g of minced meat, preferably assorted, 2 small onions, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and salt to taste. It will take us only half an hour to cook pasta in naval style.
Step 2:
Cut the onion into quarter rings.
Step 3:
Put the chopped onion in a deep frying pan, preheating the vegetable oil in it. Fry the onion, stirring, over medium heat for five minutes.
Step 4:
At the same time as frying onions, we put a pan of pasta water on the stove.
Step 5:
While the pasta cooking water is heating up, we are preparing a meat roast. After five minutes, we spread minced meat to the onion.
Step 6:
In the process of frying the onion with minced meat, first knead it well with a fork so that it becomes crumbly, and then fry, stirring, over medium heat for 8 minutes.
Step 7:
While the minced meat is being fried, pour the pasta into the boiling water in a saucepan, add a teaspoon of salt and cook for 5 minutes on low heat, no more.
Step 8:
Meanwhile, add tomato paste to the minced meat and salt.
Step 9:
Mix the minced meat with tomato paste and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 10:
Toss the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Step 11:
Then we put the pasta in a frying pan with minced meat.
Step 12:
Mix pasta with minced meat and tomato paste.
Step 13:
Cover the pasta pan with a lid and cook for another 7 minutes on low heat.
Step 14:
After 7 minutes, turn off the fire under the pan and remove the lid. Pasta with minced meat and tomato paste is ready in the navy.
