Step 1:
How is it quite simple and quick to cook eggplant snack rolls with minced meat, rice and cheese with vegetables, which without any doubt will appeal to many with their excellent taste qualities? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for cooking stuffed eggplant rolls in the oven.
Step 2:
To make rolls, cut two eggplant slices two millimeters thick.
Step 3:
Spread the sliced slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and grease them with four tablespoons of olive oil.

Sprinkle the slices greased with olive oil with salt and a mixture of red and black peppers to taste, then put the baking sheet in a preheated oven to two hundred degrees for ten minutes.

Put a frying pan on the stove and pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, then put into it a rather finely chopped onion head and stir fry on a high heat of the stove.

Put one tomato pre-diced into a frying pan with onions and continue to fry the vegetables while stirring.

Add two garlic cloves passed through the press to the pan, salt to taste, half a teaspoon of hops-suneli and continue to fry the vegetables for another two minutes.
Step 8:
Put three hundred grams of mixed minced meat in a common frying pan and fry it for ten minutes, stirring occasionally with vegetables.
Step 9:
Put one hundred and fifty grams of boiled rice in a frying pan and mix all the ingredients well together.
Step 10:
Take a fine sieve and rub forty grams of hard cheese, then spread half in a common frying pan.
Step 11:
Add finely chopped parsley with dill and a mixture of red and black peppers to the pan to taste.
Step 12:
Mix all the ingredients in the pan well together, then turn off the stove and let the cooked filling cool down a little.
Step 13:
For each baked eggplant slice, alternately spread the required amount of cooked filling.
Step 14:
Carefully fold the slices with the filling into tight rolls.
Step 15:
Form rolls with stuffing and spread them on a baking sheet covered with parchment, then sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top and put the baking sheet in a preheated oven to one hundred and eighty degrees for ten minutes.
Step 16:
