Lavash with salmon and cottage cheese

Cooking method
Cut the salmon into small cubes (this is done so that the roll is cut better), put it in a bowl.
Finely chop the dill, send it to the fish. We also spread the cream cheese here, mix thoroughly, distributing the cheese over the filling.
Add a little lemon juice, mix again.
We unwrap the pita bread, generously lubricate the filling and tightly twist it into a roll.
Wrap the resulting roll in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Cut the roll into pieces with a sharp knife and serve it on the table.
