- Cut the salmon into small cubes (this helps the roll slice more neatly) and put it in a bowl. Finely chop the dill and add it to the fish. Add the cream cheese, then mix thoroughly, distributing the cheese evenly through the filling. Add a little lemon juice and mix again. Unroll the lavash, spread it generously with the filling, and roll it up tightly. Wrap the finished roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes. Slice the roll with a sharp knife and serve. Bon appétit!
