First prepare the curd base. To do this, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve (you can beat it with a blender).
Then beat the butter (previously softened) until fluffy. In the resulting oil mass, we introduce cottage cheese and vanilla sugar, without ceasing to beat.
Pour the cream into a saucepan, then add the crushed chocolate and put everything in a water bath for melting. We spread it to the rest of the ingredients. Whisk.
Use cottage cheese and chocolate cream for layering cakes, filling custard cakes and any other culinary purposes.
