it was an acidic environment with taste qualities that appeal to you. Personally, I like to marinate in kefir, kiwi and lemon. Chopped onion is also added there
and pepper to taste, salted. If I use lemon, I pour the juice from one half over the meat, and cut the other into slices and spread it into pieces with meat.
In the preparation of beef on the grill, you should not hurry, let the meat marinate properly for 3-4 hours and simmer on the grill for about an hour. During cooking
sprinkle the meat with the remaining marinade. Do not let the meat dry out.Determine readiness by softness when piercing. Onions from the marinade can also be fried on a grill and served with meat.
Grilled beef or grilled beef is best served with herbs, pritrusiv green onions.
