Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 40 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

First I want to show the form in which we will make these cookies. To be honest, I don't even know how old she is. But I know for sure that it cost 4 rubles then. If you look closely, there's a price on the lid.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

They were produced in different diameters and patterns. I remember such drawings of molds as hearts, triangles with holes and as mine with a double pattern. Now, by the way, you can buy similar molds in stores or on websites on the Internet. However, I don't know how the new ones will be in quality, they used to be made for centuries.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Immediately prepare all the necessary ingredients for making cookies.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and whisk until fluffy foam. You can do this with a mixer at medium speed or just manually using a whisk.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Put a little sour cream in another bowl and pour in the soda, mix. The mass will begin to increase, which means the soda has started to extinguish. Therefore, everything needs to be done quickly.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

In the beaten eggs, add vegetable oil, the remaining sour cream and sour cream with soda. Mix until smooth.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

In a bowl with egg mass, sift flour through a fine sieve and mix quickly. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream and without lumps. If you put it in a spoon and tilt it, the dough should slowly drain from it.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Lubricate the cookie mold with oil, both halves, close and put on a gas stove. Thoroughly heat the mold on both sides over medium heat. Open the upper half and put the dough in each cell. In my form, I put one teaspoon in each cell and that will be enough. But you look at your form. We close the dough to the second half and cook the cookies on low heat on both sides, until ready.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

This will take about 3 to 4 minutes on each side and it is desirable to turn the mold over a couple of times during this time, for even cooking. Then remove the mold from the heat, open and remove the cookies on a plate. Heat the mold over the fire again and bake the remaining cookies in several rounds. Usually the mold is lubricated with vegetable oil only once, but it all depends on the quality of your mold.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

    Let cool completely and serve.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

    Bon appetit.

Such waffle cookies can be served with tea, coffee, but especially delicious with milk. It can be dipped in fruit syrups or poured with liquid chocolate.
