Prepare the ingredients. The cooking process will be simplified and accelerated if there is a ready-made chilled or pre-thawed minced meat at hand. It is better to use minced meat from beef and pork, and it is imperative that the pork be with a fat layer, in this case the dish will turn out fat, juicy and very tasty. If time permits, the minced meat can be prepared independently from fresh meat, crushed in a meat grinder. Combine the minced meat with salt, ground black pepper and other seasoning to taste, mix.
Bulgarian pepper is washed, cut it into two parts, remove the seeds and the stalk, cut the pulp not with a long straw. What color Bulgarian pepper is used does not matter, in any case it will give the dish brightness and a pleasant taste.
Peel the onion and finely chop it with a knife. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up. Fry onions in oil until transparent over medium heat.
We spread the cooked minced meat to the onion. We continue to fry the onion with minced meat over medium heat, breaking the lumps of minced meat with a spatula and stirring them so that the minced meat is fried quickly and evenly. The readiness of the meat is indicated by the change in the color of the minced meat from red to white or brown, depending on which meat was used. Fry the minced meat for about 8 minutes in total.
In parallel, we put the pasta to boil. Pasta can be used in any shape, as long as it is made from durum wheat. We lower the pasta into boiling salted water and cook until al dente, that is, until half-cooked, as a rule, this time is 8 minutes. Drain the water, throw the pasta into a colander.
Then add Bulgarian pepper to the pan with minced meat. After a couple of minutes of frying minced meat with Bulgarian pepper, we put tomato paste. Stir, reduce the heat to a minimum and continue to simmer for about 5 minutes, you can cover the pan with a lid, but do not forget to stir periodically. In a frying pan with minced meat, we shift the pasta, mix. We continue to fry them together for about 5-7 minutes. We taste the dish, salt or pepper if necessary, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
A full-fledged, delicious and satisfying dish is ready. It turns out meat and garnish together. To such a dish, you can additionally serve vegetable salad or fresh or canned vegetables.
