Step-by-step cooking
I'm in a hurry to share a recipe for cooking broccoli in a frying pan!
Cabbage is disassembled into inflorescences and thoroughly washed in running water.
Put a pot of water on the stove, boil it and add a little salt.
Boil broccoli until it becomes soft.
When using frozen cabbage, it is necessary to boil according to the instructions on the package.
While the cabbage is cooking, beat the egg.
Cut off the crust from the loaf and break it into small pieces.
Dry the pieces of the loaf in a frying pan, and then grind with a blender.
We get the usual crushed crackers.
In order not to mess with the loaf, you can use ordinary culinary breadcrumbs.
Boiled broccoli is rolled in an egg, and then in breadcrumbs.
Fry in a hot frying pan using vegetable oil.
Ready-made broccoli in a frying pan will be an excellent side dish for potatoes or buckwheat.
