Step 1:

Pour sour cream over the liver and bring everything to a boil. It is not necessary to boil, otherwise the sour cream will curdle.

Add a little salt and spices to taste. Cover the pan with a lid and make a small fire. Simmer the liver for 10-13 minutes.The liver is cooked very quickly.In the process of extinguishing, break a piece and look at it in the section.
