Salad Bouquet of roses pancakes with chicken, mushrooms and Korean carrots

Incredibly spectacular salad with pancakes for a holiday or celebration! This is a layered Rose salad, which is decorated with cut and smeared with beetroot pancakes on top. Such an effect of a bouquet of roses is created. It looks very nice on the table!

It is assumed that everything is already sliced and fried. Eggs should be grated, cheese too.

3 - mushrooms with onions

4 - eggs

5 - cheese

6 - nuts

Smear the finished pancakes with a mass of grated beetroot with mayonnaise and garlic. Roll them into a roll, then cut into pieces 1.5 cm wide.

With the remaining beetroot mass, coat the salad laid out with a slide. Put "roses" on top. Decorate with herbs.
