Beef liver in sour cream in a frying pan

Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Wash the liver, pour water and leave for 30 minutes. Then drain the water, and cut the liver into small pieces.
Step 3:
Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
Step 4:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the liver. Fry, stirring, over medium heat until the liquid has completely evaporated.
Step 5:
Dilute sour cream and flour with water. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. If necessary, strain the mixture through a sieve.
Step 6:
Pour nutmeg, paprika and coriander into the pan. Fry together, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Step 7:
Add the sour cream and flour mixture to the pan and mix.
Step 8:
Bring to a boil and simmer for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. At the end, add salt, pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
