Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the recipe;

Cut the fillet into flat, rectangular pieces and gently chop it off;

Sprinkle the chopped fillet with allspice, cinnamon, thyme and salt. I'll leave it to marinate for 15 minutes;

I peel off a thin layer of zest from two oranges. The remaining white crust is cleaned and removed;

I cut one orange into rings and wrap the rings in pieces of chopped turkey fillet overlap;
Step 6:
I roll each piece in flour with spices;
Step 7:
Fry fillets on both sides until golden brown in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil;
Step 8:
For the sauce, I cut the second orange into small cubes, add salt, zest, a little pepper;
Step 9:
I send it to a saucepan on low heat;
Step 10:
To thicken the sauce in a separate container, I dilute one teaspoon of starch with three tablespoons of water;
Step 11:
Mix well and put in a saucepan with constant stirring until the mass thickens;
Step 12:
