Cooking method
Only four ingredients and a delicious breakfast is ready! So, let's get started ...
We put the frying pan on medium heat. When it gets hot, we spread slices of bacon on it. Fry the bacon for a few minutes without turning it over. The signal that the slices need to be turned over will be the fact that when the pan is tilted, the bacon slices begin to move. Turn the bacon to the other side, continue to fry, guided by the same principle. Next, fry the bacon until tender, turning it from one side to the other. The edges of the bacon will become beautifully wavy and appetizing crispy.
While we remove the bacon on a flat plate, and return the pan with the melted fat back to the stove. If there is too much fat, drain the excess (it can be used for cooking other dishes, and stored in the refrigerator). And for frying fried eggs, we only need no more than a tablespoon of melted fat.
Eggs, thoroughly washed in advance and wiped dry with a paper towel, are broken into a cup. We do this alternately. First, one egg is carefully broken into a cup, and then slowly and carefully, so that the yolk remains intact, pour it into a heated frying pan. Repeat the same with the second egg. Fry the eggs until tender. The degree of browning of the yolks is chosen to your taste. The longer we fry, the harder the yolk will turn out in the end.
In the process, sprinkle the eggs with salt and fragrant ground black pepper. Towards the end of cooking, we return the bacon to the pan so that it becomes hot again. We serve scrambled eggs with bacon to the table until it cools down - with fervor from the heat!
