    How to deep fry spicy chicken wings? Wash the chicken wings, dry them and cut them into 3 parts, use only 2 of them - fleshy. Prepare the marinade. Mix all the spices with water. If desired, you can add 1 teaspoon of any seasoning to the marinade. Marinate the wings for at least 1 hour (preferably 12 hours).

    Prepare the breading. To do this, mix flour, paprika and salt. Roll the wings in breadcrumbs and put them either in a colander or in a sieve.

    Fill a bowl with water and lower the wings into it. Wet them and pull them out immediately. Shake off the water and put the wings in the breading again. Roll well.

    Heat the oil in the fryer according to the instructions. My wings were fried at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.

To my taste, with as much pepper and salt as indicated in the recipe, slightly sharp and moderately salty wings are obtained. You can reduce or increase the amount of pepper and salt to your own taste. Also, if desired, you can add any spices to taste to the marinade or breading.

You can check whether the oil has warmed up well enough in a frying pan in a simple way. Lower a wooden spatula into it. If bubbles have gathered around it, then you can start the frying process.

If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
