Cooking method
1. Beat eggs, add flour, sour cream, salt, mix.
3. Add onion, salt, pepper passed through a meat grinder to the minced meat.
4. Spread minced meat on a slice of a loaf on one side.
5. Dip the slice into the batter, fry in oil on both sides until golden brown.
