Battered notothenia fillet

Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside! I cook notothenia for my family a lot—I've got a big collection of recipes for it. Why do I like it? It has very few bones, so you can serve it to kids without worry. This particular recipe isn't for the littlest ones, but older kids will definitely love it—and so will the grown-ups ;)
