Cut chicken fillet into small pieces. Cut the peeled carrots into half circles. Cut the onion into half rings.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry chicken pieces in it. When the meat turns white, add carrots to it. Fry, stirring, for five minutes. Add the onion, stir, fry until the onion is half cooked (well, or the way you like onions more, what kind of roasting).
Add dry spices and salt to the chicken roast.
