Cooking method

    Next, the bay leaves. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Add the carrot, pepper, turmeric, and curry powder. Fry for 5–7 minutes, stirring so it doesn't stick.

    Pour in hot boiling water and simmer. Add salt about 5 minutes before it's done. That's it — all that's left is to cook the noodles, divide them among bowls, and ladle the gravy over the top. Enjoy!
