Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products.
Step 2:
Grind cottage cheese through a sieve. Add eggs, 3 tablespoons of sugar. The other 3 spoons will go into the sour cream filling. If you want very sweet cheesecakes, add 1-2 tablespoons more sugar.
Step 3:
Add semolina. And we mix it very well. I like to mix such a mass with my hands, if you want - use a mixer, not high rpm.
Step 4:
Now you need to let the dough stand for 15-20 minutes. So that the semolina absorbs the liquid and the mass becomes denser.
Step 5:
Pour flour into a plate, form a cheesecake with wet hands. I advise you to wet your palms every time and make blanks, the mass will not stick to your hands much, less flour will go to breading.
Step 6:
And now the secret of perfectly round cheesecakes. We put our cheesecakes on the board, cover them with a glass or a cup of larger diameter...
Step 7:
...then, without much effort, we rotate the glass without taking it off the work surface. A few movements.
Step 8:
As a result, the cheesecake will grow up, round and will be neatly smooth)
Step 9:
We do this with all the blanks.
Step 10:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry our cheese cakes.
Step 11:
Gently turn over to the other side and bring to readiness.
Step 12:
Here are the ready-made cheesecakes. Turn on the oven to warm up at 180 degrees.
Step 13:
We take a baking dish and spread our cheesecakes. I laid out the lap in a circle.
Step 14:
In a bowl, mix sour cream and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Beat lightly so that the sugar dissolves.
Step 15:
Pour our cheese cakes with sour cream sauce. put in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Step 16:
In 20 minutes the delicious dessert is ready!
Step 17:
They are very soft, tender, fragrant. Sour cream gives the dish a special touch of tenderness)
Step 18:
Bon appetit!
