Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Cut meat and bacon into small pieces (the smaller the better).
Step 2:
Finely chop garlic, add to meat, salt, pepper, add spices.
Step 3:
Pour in the water and mix the minced meat well. Put the minced meat in the form of small sausages on foil sheets greased with vegetable oil.
Step 4:
Tightly roll the sausages in foil (candy). Pierce each with a needle. Fold into a baking sleeve.
Step 5:
Bake in a preheated 170-180 degree oven for 35-45 minutes. Next, remove the sausages from the sleeve, unwrap the foil from above — and send them back to the oven for baking for another 10 minutes. Sausages will become beautiful and dense. Let them cool down.
