Roast beef appetizer with cherry tomatoes and pesto

Cooking method
Put mint and basil intended for pesto in a bag. Put it in the freezer for an hour.
Cut the meat into 12 identical cubes with a side of about 2 cm. Mix with cherry tomatoes in a large bowl, add olive oil, stir and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes (you can in the refrigerator overnight).
Soak wooden skewers in cold water.
Grind frozen herbs and all pesto ingredients in a blender, except butter. Transfer the pesto to a bowl and stir in the butter.
Put 4 tomatoes and 3 cubes of meat on skewers. Preheat a large frying pan over moderate heat, spread out the skewers and cook until the tomato skin bursts. Transfer the skewers to a platter, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the pesto sauce.
