    2. Roll the dough out about 1/25 inch (1 mm) thick and cut it into strips about 1¼ inches (3 cm) wide.

    2. Take a salted breadstick (the classic snack sticks everyone knows from childhood) and press a little of the meat onto one end.
    3. Wrap a strip of dough around the meat, starting from the middle of the stick, to form a "drumstick."
  3. Step 3:

    1. Pour enough oil into the skillet to cover half the "drumstick" — about 1/2 inch (1–1.5 cm). Heat the oil and fry the "drumsticks" until golden.
