Step 1:
- Make a dough from the kefir, baking soda, salt, and flour (it should be soft and not stick to your hands).
- Roll the dough out about 1/25 inch (1 mm) thick and cut it into strips about 1¼ inches (3 cm) wide.

Step 2:
- Mix the ground chicken thoroughly — even slap it against the counter a few times so it holds together and won't fall apart.
- Take a salted breadstick (the classic snack sticks everyone knows from childhood) and press a little of the meat onto one end.
- Wrap a strip of dough around the meat, starting from the middle of the stick, to form a "drumstick."

Step 3:
- Pour enough oil into the skillet to cover half the "drumstick" — about 1/2 inch (1–1.5 cm). Heat the oil and fry the "drumsticks" until golden.
