Sift wheat and corn flour with baking powder into a bowl.
Step 3:
Add sugar and mix well.
Step 4:
Make a hole in the flour mixture and drive in the egg.
Step 5:
Add milk in small portions and mix until smooth. Leave for 10-15 minutes (not necessarily, but if the flour is coarse, then during this time it will swell a little).
Step 6:
Melt the butter and add it to the dough.
Step 7:
Fry in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve hot with maple syrup, honey, jam or condensed milk.
