Cooking method
1. Heat half of the milk and dissolve the yeast in it. Add a couple of spoonfuls of flour and leave for a while.
2. Mix the yolks with powdered sugar and grind white. Add alcohol, salt and zest
3. Heat the second half of the milk and dissolve the butter in it. Add to the yolks. Add the bubbled sourdough and gradually pour in the sifted flour. Knead the dough.
4. Divide the dough into 12-13 balls and leave it to fit under a towel. Put a cutting board on the balls that have come up and press down slightly.
Or just roll out 1 cm thick and cut out with a cup of mugs
