Sift the flour. In warm water, add ras. oil, salt, pepper, flour, mix well, cover with a lid and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
Cut vegetables into strips or on a grater for Korean salads. (you can use cabbage or pepper - straws mode). Finely chop the greens, mix with the vegetables.
Mix the vegetables together with the batter. Taste it if you need to add salt.
And spread with a spoon in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Fry on both sides over medium heat. Bon appetit!
