If you have a whole piece of rib, then cut into pieces, one rib at a time.
Make a marinade - mix salt, pepper, vegetable oil and wine, pour over the ribs, sprinkle chopped garlic on top and mix well.
Let it marinate for 1.5-2 hours.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the ribs. Fry under the lid until tender. You can add a little water or wine and put it out.
