Step-by-step cooking
I'm telling you here about cooking just one serving, and you already focus on the quantity. One egg is required per serving.
Add paprika, powdered onion (or toasted onion), pepper, salt to the minced meat.
Roll a ball of minced meat, knead it into a pancake, put it on a plate. Pour the beaten egg on top, and turn the pancake so that the egg falls under it.
We warm up the frying pan with rast.with butter, pour the egg into it, lower the pancake from the plate into the center. We close the frying pan with a lid and fry our meat pancake on both sides.
After slightly cooling and carefully folding.
