Step-by-step cooking
Beat the eggs, but not much. Add sugar, salt, milk, beat again. Add flour, mix well. If desired, you can add vanilla sugar.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a frying pan (or a round shape) with 1 tablespoon of oil and put it in the oven for 5-10 minutes so that it warms up - the frying pan should be warm enough (or better - hot) when we pour the dough into it. We take out the frying pan, pour the dough into it. You can already put it in the oven - this is the basic recipe for Dutch Baby Pancake. But I put thinly sliced pieces of apples and bananas on top of the dough. Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes . I had everything ready in 25 minutes.
The pancake rises, and very unevenly - that's how it should be.
Traditionally, a Dutch pancake should be poured with melted butter (2 tbsp. l.), Sprinkled with powdered sugar and lightly sprinkled with lemon juice.
Cut into pieces (or not cut) and serve immediately!
