Pancake Baskets with Seafood Filling

An original, tasty breakfast for two! Simple and delicious. My guys love seafood, so I decided to treat them to it for breakfast. It's a great dish for Valentine's Day.   1. Step 1:

    I had potato pancakes left over from the night before (I've already posted that recipe), so I decided to make this simple, tasty breakfast for my guys.

    1. Thaw the seafood (mine was already cleaned) and rinse it well.
    2. Finely chop the onion, red or regular.
    3. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet, add the chopped onion, and sauté over low heat until translucent.

    1. Add the seafood to the onion and sauté over high heat, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and set aside.

    1. Finely grate the cheese. Line each cup of a muffin pan with a pancake, then add the seafood and top with grated cheese.

    Crack an egg over the cheese, and add a little salt on top.

    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20 minutes, keeping an eye on your own oven.
