Take garlic first. We clean it and chop it finely. If there is a garlic press, then you can use it. Then we take the purchased minced meat. You can buy it ready-made in the store. Add garlic to the minced meat. Salt and pepper it to your own taste. Mix thoroughly, adding the egg.
We form sausages, as in the photo. Roll the Sausages in Mogilev style in breadcrumbs. Then fry each one on both sides until golden brown in a frying pan.
