Cooking method
To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a blender. Put it in the refrigerator for a while. The sauce should thicken.
While the sauce is cooling, cook the crab cakes. In a shallow frying pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Put the onion, bell pepper and garlic. Fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Add egg, mustard, cream, and half a cup of breadcrumbs, mix. Add salt, pepper and herbs. Remove from the heat. Put the crab meat and mix very gently.
From the resulting mixture, form tortillas, about 2 cm thick. Mix the remaining breadcrumbs with grated cheese. Roll the pies well in this mixture on both sides. Put the pies on a platter, refrigerate for 2 hours.
In a frying pan, mix the remaining butter and vegetable oil. When the oil warms up, put the crab cakes there and fry on each side until golden brown.
You can bake tortillas in the oven. To do this, preheat the oven to 120 degrees. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place the tortillas and bake for 7-10 minutes in a preheated oven.
When serving, pour lemon-dill sauce over each crab cake.
